The British University Esports Championship Points
Table
Inspired by British Universities and
Colleges Sport (BUCS), whose points table plays a crucial role for prospective students
assessing universities, this table highlights the UK’s leading esports universities and serves
as an ongoing benchmark for growing societies. Each tournament contributing points to the
overall Championship is thoughtfully designed to accommodate players of all skill levels. While
the specific formats may differ between games, the majority of players will have the chance to
participate in divisional playoffs and compete for glory. Teams advancing to each game’s
Championship playoff will secure the highest points for their university, but nearly every team
will contribute to the overall university score.
Esports University of the Year
At the end of each year, the university
with the most points earned across all contributing tournaments will be crowned “Esports
University of the Year”.
You’re welcome to submit
as many designs as you like, whether working solo or as part of a team. Artists will retain
ownership of their creations—submitting an entry grants us a non-exclusive license to use it in
the contest. To participate, you’ll need a Steam account in good standing (i.e., without
limitations) that has made at least $5 in Steam purchases.
